Ultimate is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our New York team. This role is integral to both U.S. and global marketing initiatives and focuses on supporting a broad range of marketing and business development activities, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategy, content management, and online brand engagement.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager, with a dotted-line relationship to the Head of U.S. Marketing & Business Development, this individual will work closely with marketing professionals across the United States, West Coast offices, and London-based digital teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about digital communications, website management, social media, analytics, and emerging technologies including AI-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain website content through the Kentico CMS, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, strong user experience, and search visibility.
- Support website enhancements, CMS upgrades, microsite development, testing, and ongoing optimization.
- Coordinate with global digital teams to implement website improvements and digital best practices.
- Create, publish, and manage digital content across the website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Develop and edit branded marketing assets, graphics, presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Support thought leadership, events, awards, attorney announcements, and firm-wide marketing campaigns.
- Assist with SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and other digital marketing initiatives to improve online visibility and engagement.
- Track website, social media, email, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare reports and provide insights and recommendations based on marketing performance data.
- Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, invitations, and targeted communications.
- Maintain CRM data, audience lists, and campaign tracking.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably within a law firm, financial services organization, or professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional judgment, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
